Pricing & Billing Policy

1. Pricing Display
All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are displayed on the product or booking page before payment. Pricing may vary by selected tutor, plan type (single session, weekly/weekend plan, monthly plan), or promotional offers.
2. Billing Events
- One-time tutoring bookings are charged at checkout.
- Subscription plans, where applicable, are charged at the time of purchase.
- Free sessions (if available under eligibility rules) are billed at ₹0 and do not require payment.
3. Taxes and Charges
Displayed amounts are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as shown at checkout. Payment gateway or banking charges, if any, are governed by your bank/payment provider.
4. Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely through approved payment partners (including Razorpay), using methods such as UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets, subject to availability.
5. Billing Confirmation
On successful payment, users receive a transaction confirmation and booking/order reference. In case of payment failure, no confirmed booking is created unless payment is successful.
6. Failed, Pending, or Duplicate Charges
If a payment is pending or charged more than once, contact support with transaction details. Eligible duplicate or failed transactions are reviewed and handled as per our Refund Policy.
7. Price Revisions
We may update prices periodically. Any revision applies prospectively and does not alter already confirmed and paid orders unless explicitly communicated.
